    ## On Changes in the Composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff

This Decree of the President of Ukraine introduces changes to the personal composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff. In particular, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko, the First Vice Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, and the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal were included in the Staff. Rustem Umerov was approved as the Coordinator of the Staff. At the same time, O. Lytvynenko and H. Smetanin were removed from the Staff.

Structurally, the Decree consists of two articles: the first article amends the previous Decree on the formation of the Staff, and the second determines the date of entry into force of this Decree. The changes concern only the personal composition of the Staff and the distribution of roles in it.

The most important provision of this Decree is the update of the personal composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff, which reflects the current personnel changes in the government and the National Security and Defense Council, as well as the assignment of the role of the Coordinator of the Staff to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
