This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns the assignment of a civil servant rank. It provides for the promotion of rank to a specific civil servant, namely Tomashuk Oleksii Vasyliovych. He is assigned the third rank of a civil servant in connection with his position as Deputy Head of the State Agency of Ukraine PlayCity.
The structure of the order is simple: it consists of a preamble referring to Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service” and the main part, which states the decision to assign the rank. The order clearly indicates the surname, first name and patronymic of the person to whom the rank is assigned, as well as their position.
The most important provision of this order is directly the fact of assigning the third rank to a civil servant, as it affects their status, salary and other aspects of civil service.
