**On Amendments to the List of Types of Economic Activity Permitted to Military Units of the Armed Forces** 1. Внести до переліку видів господарської діяльності, здійснення якої дозволяється військовим частинам Збройних Сил, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 29 грудня 2000 р. № 1964 (Офіційний вісник України, 2001 р., № 1-2, ст. 17; 2017 р., № 4, ст. 119), зміни, що додаються. Amendments shall be made to the list of types of economic activity permitted to military units of the Armed Forces, approved by постановa [Resolution] of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1964 of December 29, 2000 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2001, No. 1-2, Article 17; 2017, No. 4, Article 119), as attached. 2. Ця постанова набирає чинності з дня її опублікування. This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its publication. У пункті 3: In paragraph 3: 1. в абзаці першому слова “а також металобрухту, що утворився внаслідок часткової ліквідації військової техніки і майна” виключити; in the first paragraph, the words “as well as scrap metal generated as a result of partial liquidation of military equipment and property” shall be deleted; 2. доповнити пункт абзацами такого змісту: the paragraph shall be supplemented with the following paragraphs: “Реалізація металобрухту чорних і кольорових металів, дорогоцінних металів, дорогоцінного каміння, що утворився внаслідок часткової ліквідації військової техніки і майна, здійснюється виключно суб’єктам господарювання, які провадять діяльність із збирання, оброблення, перероблення металобрухту. “The sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal, precious metals, precious stones, generated as a result of partial liquidation of military equipment and property, shall be carried out exclusively to business entities engaged in the collection, processing, and recycling of scrap metal. Кошти, отримані від реалізації металобрухту чорних і кольорових металів, дорогоцінних металів, дорогоцінного каміння, спрямовуються на зміцнення обороноздатності держави, матеріально-технічне забезпечення Збройних Сил у порядку, встановленому Кабінетом Міністрів України.”. The funds received from the sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal, precious metals, precious stones shall be used to strengthen the defense capabilities of the state, and the logistical support of the Armed Forces in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.” 2. Доповнити перелік пунктом 12 такого змісту: The list shall be supplemented with paragraph 12 as follows: “12. Провадження діяльності, пов’язаної з об’єктами критичної інфраструктури.”. “12. Conducting activities related to critical infrastructure facilities.”
