This order introduces amendments to the procedure for payment of monetary allowance and compensatory payments to rank and file and commanding personnel of the State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine. It adapts the regulatory acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to the latest resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which regulate the monetary allowance of military personnel and other persons, in particular during martial law.
Structurally, the order introduces changes to two main normative legal acts: the Procedure for Payment of Monetary Allowance and Compensatory Payments to Rank and File and Commanding Personnel of the State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine and the Procedure and Conditions for Payment of Additional Remuneration, Remuneration for Special Service (Training) During Martial Law. The changes concern the clarification of the categories of persons covered by the procedure for payments, as well as the procedure for payment of monetary allowance to cadets of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions.
Key provisions of the order to pay attention to:
* Clarification of the procedure for payment of monetary allowance to persons who are at the disposal of heads of bodies and institutions.
* Establishing the procedure for calculating monetary allowance for persons who are on childcare leave, including bonuses.
* Clarification of the procedure for payment of monetary allowance to cadets of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions who were not in service before enrollment.
* Regulation of the payment of financial assistance for health improvement and financial assistance to persons recruited from civilians.
* Determination of the procedure for payments to students and cadets during internships or practical training.
* Clarification of the procedure for payments to graduates of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions until the date of their appointment to a position.
* Regulation of payments to commanding personnel enrolled in postgraduate or doctoral studies.
* Clarification of the procedure for payments to persons assigned to temporarily perform duties in positions.
