**On Awarding State Decorations of Ukraine**

This Decree of the President of Ukraine concerns the awarding of state decorations to individuals for personal courage and selfless performance of military duty in protecting the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Decree structure:

1. Preamble, which defines the basis for the award – personal courage and selfless performance of military duty.
2. Operative part, which contains a list of persons awarded various state decorations, namely: the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree, the Order “For Courage” III degree, the Order of Danylo Halytsky, and the medal “For Military Service to Ukraine”. For each person, the last name, first name, patronymic, and military rank are indicated.

Key provisions of the Decree:

* The award is made for personal courage shown in the protection of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty.
* The Decree provides for the awarding of various state decorations, which indicates the state’s recognition of the merits of the awarded persons.
