On Adoption as a Basis of the Draft Law of Ukraine on the Military Ombudsman Верховна Рада України постановляє: 1. Прийняти за основу проект Закону України про Військового омбудсмана (реєстр. № 10269), поданий народними депутатами України Веніславським Ф.В. та іншими. 2. Комітету Верховної Ради України з питань національної безпеки, оборони та розвідки доопрацювати зазначений законопроект з урахуванням зауважень і пропозицій суб’єктів права законодавчої ініціативи та внести його на розгляд Верховної Ради України у другому читанні. Голова Верховної Ради України The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves: 1. To adopt as a basis the draft Law of Ukraine on the Military Ombudsman (reg. No. 10269), submitted by the People’s Deputies of Ukraine Venislavskyi F.V. and others. 2. The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on National Security, Defense and Intelligence shall finalize the specified draft law taking into account the comments and proposals of the subjects of the right of legislative initiative and submit it to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for consideration in the second reading.
