Notification of the National Bank of Ukraine on Accounting Prices for Banking Metals

The National Bank of Ukraine establishes accounting prices for banking metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium for internal accounting and reporting. These prices are not mandatory for purchase and sale transactions. Accounting prices are used for internal calculations of the NBU and do not affect market prices for metals.

Notification of the National Bank of Ukraine on the Official Exchange Rate of the Hryvnia Against Foreign Currencies and SDR

The National Bank of Ukraine establishes official exchange rates of the hryvnia against foreign currencies and SDR for accounting and conducting operations with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. These rates serve as a benchmark for accounting, but the NBU is not obliged to buy or sell currency at these rates. Official rates are used for clearly defined purposes, such as accounting and operations with the STSU.

Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Appointment of A.V. Trotsk

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Andriy Volodymyrovych Trotsk as Deputy Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The appointment is for a limited term – up to 12 months after the termination of martial law. Remuneration will be carried out in accordance with current legislation.

Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Appointment of S.M. Lyseuk

Law of Ukraine “On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America on the Establishment of the American-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction”

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has ratified the Agreement between Ukraine and the USA on the establishment of an investment fund for the reconstruction of Ukraine. Ratification of the agreement does not imply approval of other agreements related to its implementation. Any additional agreements must comply with the provisions of the ratified agreement and not create additional international legal obligations for Ukraine.

Order of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Amendments to the Order Regarding the Web Resources of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

Amendments have been made to the order of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the functioning of web resources, namely, a clause has been excluded from the Technological Scheme for Information Filling of web resources.

Order of the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine on Amendments to the List of Territories in Which Hostilities are Being (Were) Conducted or Which are Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has made changes to the list of territories where hostilities are being conducted or which are temporarily occupied. The start and end dates of hostilities/occupation for certain settlements have been updated, and some territories have been added to and removed from the list, reflecting the current situation on the front.

Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America on the Establishment of the American-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction

The agreement envisages the creation of a fund to attract investment in the economy of Ukraine and its reconstruction. The fund will operate on the basis of transparent investments, consistent with democratic values. The Ukrainian government undertakes to grant the fund a regime no less favorable than that provided for in the Agreement, and in case of discrepancies between the legislation of Ukraine and the Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail.

Law of Ukraine “On Amending Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law” Regarding the Change of Names of Military Administrations of Settlements”

The law provides for bringing the names of military administrations in line with the names of administrative-territorial units. In the event of renaming a settlement, the name of the corresponding military administration must be changed. The decision to rename is made by the head of the military administration.

Order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine No. 215

Technical changes have been made to the order concerning training on the passage of notification signals. References to regulations have been clarified, and the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine has been added to the list of bodies participating in the training.

Order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Materiel Support

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has amended the norms for providing military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service with materiel. New Norm No. 69 has been introduced, which defines the list of adaptive clothing and personal hygiene products for military personnel who have suffered injuries, wounds, or illnesses. The specifics of the supply and accounting of these items are determined by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in coordination with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Order of the State Archival Service of Ukraine on the Organization of Scientific Activities

The State Archival Service of Ukraine has amended the Regulations on the organization of scientific and scientific-technical activities. The changes relate to the planning and implementation of scientific work in the field of archival affairs and the insurance fund of documentation.
