**On the Allocation of Funds from the Reserve Fund of the State Budget for Implementing Measures Related to Strengthening the Defense Capabilities of the State**

Good day! Let’s consider the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the allocation of funds from the reserve fund of the state budget to strengthen the defense capability of the state.

1. **Essence of the order:**
The order provides for the allocation of more than 5 billion hryvnias from the reserve fund of the state budget for the restoration of destroyed or damaged public roads of state and local importance. These roads are used for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The funds are distributed between the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development and regional state administrations.

2. **Structure and main provisions:**
The order consists of two points and two appendices (which are not provided). The first point defines the amount of funds to be allocated and distributes it between the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development and regional state administrations. The second point establishes obligations for the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development and regional state administrations to approve the list of roads to be restored, the list of expenses and submit a report on the use of funds.

3. **Main provisions for use:**
The most important provisions are the need to approve the list of roads to be restored, in agreement with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, as well as the approval of the list of expenses in agreement with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance. The requirement to submit a report on the use of funds by the end of 2025 is also important.
