Good day! Now I will briefly tell you about the changes to the Regulations on the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.

The resolution amends the Regulations on the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, expanding its powers in the fields of energy efficiency, energy saving, development of the energy service market, use of biomethane and liquid biofuels.
2. **Structure and main provisions:**
The changes relate to paragraphs 4 and 11 of the Regulations. New functions have been added regarding monitoring, maintaining registers, databases, ensuring transparency of information, supporting authorities and developing the energy service market. Also, powers are added regarding biomethane and biofuels, including the creation of a register, the formation of guarantees of origin, monitoring the content of biocomponents in fuel and maintaining the relevant register. The agency also receives powers to develop national energy efficiency action plans and monitor their implementation.
3. **Most important provisions:**
The most important are the provisions relating to monitoring and maintaining registers in the fields of energy efficiency, energy service, biomethane and biofuels. This will contribute to transparency and control in these areas. Also important is the expansion of powers to support government bodies in the procurement of energy services and the development of national energy efficiency action plans.
