This resolution introduces amendments to the agenda of the thirteenth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation, adding to it the draft Law on Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine. These amendments concern the implementation of the Agreement between the Governments of Ukraine and the United States of America on the Establishment of the American-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction.
The structure of the resolution consists of two points: the first point includes the draft law (reg. No. 13256) in the agenda of the session, and the second point stipulates that the resolution enters into force from the moment of its adoption.
The most important provision is the inclusion in the agenda of a draft law aimed at amending the Budget Code of Ukraine to implement the agreement on the investment fund. This paves the way for the consideration and adoption of changes necessary for the functioning of the fund.
