This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns a change in the management of the state enterprise “Kyiv Research Institute of Hydromechanics”. It envisages the transfer of the integral property complex of this enterprise from the management of the joint-stock company “Ukrainian Defense Industry” to the management sphere of the State Property Fund.
The structure of the order consists of one clause, which clearly defines the object of transfer (the integral property complex of the SE “Kyiv Research Institute of Hydromechanics”) and the subjects between which the transfer of management takes place (from JSC “Ukrainian Defense Industry” to the State Property Fund).
The most important provision of this order is the change of the body responsible for the management of the property of the “Kyiv Research Institute of Hydromechanics”. This may affect the further activities of the enterprise, its development strategy and interaction with other structures.
