Military Accounting

The age limits for automatic verification of conscripts have been expanded from 17-25 years to 18-60 years. Electronic form of military registration documents has been introduced, and the necessity of their physical presentation has been canceled. The procedure for military registration at the place of registration has been simplified.

Public Service

A new catalog of 27 public service job families and 9 levels has been approved. A 10% salary supplement has been introduced for civil servants with English level B2 and above. The supplement applies to civil servants of category “A” and certain positions of categories “B” and “C”.

Critical Infrastructure

Requirements for risk management at first-category critical infrastructure facilities have been established. 5 main types of risks and principles for their assessment have been defined. Annual reporting by January 30 has been introduced.

Transport

Movement of motorcycles and mopeds on public transport lanes has been allowed. The right does not extend to motorcycles with sidecars and three-wheeled vehicles.

Procurement

A two-year experiment with centralized procurement through the State Enterprise “Infrastructure Projects” has been launched. It covers project expertise, technical supervision, construction works, and road maintenance.

Culture

The Strategy for Cultural Development until 2030 has been approved. 4 strategic goals have been defined, including integration of culture into the national security system and decolonization. An action plan for 2025-2027 has been approved.

Energy Efficiency

Requirements for buildings with near-zero energy consumption have been established. Mandatory use of renewable energy sources and enhanced requirements for thermal insulation of structures are provided.
