Order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine Regarding the Cost of Vouchers to “Artek”
The government has approved a new cost per bed-day and voucher for the recreation of children in “Artek” at the expense of budget funds. The cost of one bed-day will be UAH 1,051.45, and the cost of a voucher will be UAH 22,080.45. These changes are necessary to finance the recreation of children who need special attention and support, at the expense of budget funds, and the previous order has become invalid.
Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Regarding Probation
Amendments have been made to the regulations on authorized bodies on probation issues and juvenile probation sectors. The procedure for calculating the length of service for the payment of seniority allowance to employees of the State Criminal Enforcement Service has been changed. The time spent studying in certain educational institutions for up to five years was allowed to be included in the length of service. Also, restrictions on cadets of educational institutions of the SCLS regarding preferential calculation of length of service have been removed.
Order of the Security Service of Ukraine Regarding Departure Abroad
The SBU has canceled the previous order, which approved the form of certificate for those liable for military service (reservists) of the SBU who travel abroad. This means that the previous form of certificate required for the departure abroad of those liable for military service of the SBU is no longer valid, and one should contact the relevant SBU bodies for up-to-date information on the procedure for traveling abroad.
Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Regarding Infertility Treatment
The Ministry of Health has canceled the order of 2004, which regulated the procedure for referring women to the first course of infertility treatment using assisted reproductive technologies at the expense of budget funds. Now the previous procedure, according to which women were referred for free IVF, is no longer in effect, and it is necessary to look for other regulatory acts that regulate this issue.
Resolution of the NCEC Regarding Blocking of Gambling Websites
Providers of electronic communication services are obliged to restrict access to websites that are used to organize gambling without a license, based on decisions of the authorized state body. Internet providers must respond promptly to the regulator’s decisions and take measures to restrict users’ access to such resources.
Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Regarding Specialties with Additional Regulation
A list of higher education specialties that are necessary to obtain access to professions that are subject to additional regulation has been approved. To work in these professions, in addition to a diploma, additional certificates or licenses may be required. The order applies to those who are obtaining or have already obtained higher education in the specialties from the list and plan to work in professions for which additional regulation has been introduced.
