Order of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Regarding the “Hotline”
The NSSMC approved the Procedure for the Operation of the Telephone “Hotline” for Receiving Appeals from Citizens on Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets. The mechanism for organizing the operation of the “hotline”, tasks, work schedule, and procedure for recording appeals are defined. Amendments have been made to the procedure for determining the subject of procurement, in particular, the rules for determining the subject of procurement of works, services for current repairs, as well as goods and services for protocol events in the field of defense have been clarified. Accounting Prices for Bank Metals from the NBU
The National Bank of Ukraine has set accounting prices for bank metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. These prices are used for accounting and reporting by banks and financial institutions. It is important that the NBU is not obliged to buy or sell these metals at these prices, so they are not market prices.
Official Exchange Rate of the Hryvnia from the NBU
The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies, including the US dollar, euro, and others. These rates are used for accounting and NBU operations with the State Treasury Service. Market rates, which may differ from official rates, are used for ordinary foreign exchange transactions.
