Digest of Legislative Changes:

Changes in Cash Collection:
The NBU has updated the Cash Collection Instruction – banks are now required to have their own cash collection units, electronic accompanying cash order use is allowed through mobile terminals, and the limit for transporting numismatic products has been increased from 10 to 20 units.

Notarial Documents during War:
The powers of state notarial archives have been expanded regarding the acceptance of documents from combat zones. Archives can temporarily store documents from private notaries and wills certified under martial law conditions. A 3-month period has been established for transferring wills after the termination of martial law.

Medical Assistance for Burns:
The Ministry of Health has introduced a new two-level system for providing combustiological care. Special burn teams have been created at medical facilities of the second level, daily reporting on available bed spaces has been implemented, and refusal of hospitalization when beds are available is prohibited. Particular attention is paid to coordination in mass burn injury cases.

Fire Extinguishing Rules Update:
A new management system for civil protection forces and means (SUSZ) has been introduced, the use of unmanned systems and tablet computers is allowed. A new system of safety sound signals and marking of rescuers’ body armor has been established.
