Good day! Let’s consider the resolution of the National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and the Provision of Postal Services (NCEC) No. 131 dated March 5, 2025.
1. **Essence of the Law:** This resolution amends the Regulation on the Electronic Regulatory Platform, obligating providers of electronic communication services to restrict access to websites used for organizing gambling without a proper license.
