1. **Essence of the Law:**
This order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine repeals a series of previous orders issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which regulated various aspects of the State Special Transport Service’s activities. This is done to bring the regulatory legal acts into compliance with current legislation.
2. **Structure and Main Provisions:**
The order consists of three points and an annex. Point 1 defines the list of orders that are no longer valid. Point 2 assigns the Administration of the State Special Transport Service the obligation to submit this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. Point 3 determines the date of entry into force of the order – from the date of its official publication. The annex contains a list of 11 orders that are recognized as no longer valid. These orders cover issues of official salaries, monetary allowance, calculation of length of service, terms of remuneration, provision of property, food supply, payment of remuneration for participation in military conflicts, activities of the chaplaincy service, procedure for preparing orders on military service, and activities of the commission on recognition as participants in combat operations.

The most important is the list of orders that have lost their validity. From now on, when regulating issues that were previously regulated by these orders, one should be guided by other current regulatory legal acts. It is especially important to pay attention to changes regarding remuneration, social security, and the procedure for military service in the State Special Transport Service.
