On Awarding State Awards of Ukraine

The Decree concerns the recognition of military personnel with state awards of Ukraine for personal courage in protecting the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The structure of the decree includes awarding the following distinctions:
– “Cross of Combat Merit” (2 persons)
– Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, 1st Class (1 person)
– Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, 2nd Class (10 persons)
– Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, 3rd Class (17 persons)
– Order “For Courage”, 1st Class (3 persons)
– Order “For Courage”, 2nd Class (30 persons)
– Order “For Courage”, 3rd Class (approximately 250 persons)
– Order of Danylo Halytsky (5 persons)
– Medal “For Military Service to Ukraine” (39 persons)
– Medal “For Saved Life” (3 persons)

– Significant number of posthumous awards
– Wide range of military ranks from soldier to colonel
– Represented military personnel from various branches, including medical service
– Awards for both combat merits and life-saving actions

The Decree is part of the system for recognizing the merits of military personnel under martial law.
