The Resolution approves the procedure for conducting psychophysiological interviewing (polygraph) for customs officers and job candidates. This is a voluntary procedure for verifying information truthfulness and identifying potential violations. The results are indicative in nature and cannot serve as a basis for punishment.

2. Verification directions established: for job candidates, during official investigations, at the individual’s own initiative

4. Results are stored for a limited time (7-14 days) and subject to destruction

– Interviewing is conducted only with the person’s consent and can be terminated at any moment
– Duration not exceeding 2 hours without interruption and 4 hours per day
