Essence of the Act:
The Resolution approves the procedure for conducting psychophysiological interviewing (polygraph) for customs officers and job candidates. This is a voluntary procedure for verifying information accuracy and identifying potential violations of anti-corruption legislation. The results are indicative in nature and cannot be considered as evidence.

Structure and Main Provisions:
1. General principles defined: voluntariness, legitimacy, confidentiality
2. Verification directions established: for job candidates, during official investigations, on own initiative
3. Procedure detailed: room conditions, duration, result documentation
4. Results are stored for a limited period (7-14 days) and subject to destruction

Key Application Provisions:
– Interviewing is conducted only with person’s consent and in the absence of medical contraindications
– Duration – no more than 4 hours per day with breaks
– Results cannot be grounds for criminal/disciplinary proceedings or appointment refusal
– Information confidentiality is ensured
