Essence of the Order:
The Ministry of Internal Affairs order establishes a new scheme of tariff categories for officers of operational-tactical units (corps) of the National Guard of Ukraine. The document defines 15 categories of positions with corresponding tariff categories and coefficients for calculating military personnel’s official salaries.
Structure and Changes:
1. The order amends the previous Ministry of Internal Affairs Order No. 172 dated 03.03.2018, supplementing it with a new tariff category scheme.
2. The document consists of a main part (5 points) and an annex with a tariff category scheme.
3. The scheme includes a table with 15 positions, their tariff categories (from 25 to 58) and corresponding coefficients (from 2.96 to 5.6).
Key Provisions:
– The base amount for salary calculation is 1,762 hryvnias
– The highest tariff category (58) is established for the corps commander
– The lowest tariff category (25) is for officers, translators, chaplains, and other specialists
– A rounding rule for official salaries is introduced: amounts up to 4.99 kopecks are discarded, from 5 kopecks are rounded up to 10 hryvnias
– The order takes effect from the day of official publication
