On Amendments to the Methodology for Determining Damage and Losses Caused to the Land Fund of Ukraine as a Result of the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation

This order amends the Methodology for Determining Damage and Losses to the Land Fund of Ukraine as a Result of Russian Aggression. The main essence of the changes is to expand the list of cases and clarify the procedure for determining the costs of reclamation and conservation of damaged lands.

Structurally, the order contains 4 points, which:
1. Make technical corrections regarding references to the corresponding subsections of the base document
2. Restate paragraph 5 of the Methodology in a new version, which details the procedure for determining land restoration costs
3. Determine the procedure for registering the order
4. Establish control over implementation

Key provisions:
– The list of land damage cases eligible for restoration costs has been expanded (lands under military structures added)
– Costs are determined based on the estimated cost of land management working projects
– Projects must be developed in accordance with the Rules approved by CMU Resolution No. 86 dated 02.02.2022

The order concerns determining damages from military aggression and is important for future compensation of damage to the land fund of Ukraine.
