These changes relate to clarifying the types of activities and adding a new criterion related to owning shares in other important enterprises.

2. **Structure and main provisions:**
* The order changes the wording of some subparagraphs in paragraph 1 of the Criteria, in particular, the codes of types of economic activity (NACE) for growing berries, processing fruits and vegetables, as well as marine fishing are clarified.
* A new subparagraph has been added, which defines as an important enterprise that owns at least 90% of the authorized capital of two or more enterprises defined as critical to the economy and livelihoods of the population in a special period.
* The order comes into force from the date of its official publication.

3. **Key provisions for use:**
* Enterprises engaged in the cultivation of berries, nuts and other fruit crops should pay attention to the updated NACE (01.25).
* Enterprises engaged in the processing and canning of fruits and vegetables should take into account the updated NACE (10.39).
