On Amending the List of Construction Works That Do Not Require Documents Entitling to Their Execution, and Upon Completion of Which the Object Is Not Subject to Acceptance for Operation (чого/чого/чим/в чому)

Good day! Let’s consider the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 415 of April 11, 2025.

1. **Essence of the Law:** This resolution amends the list of construction works that do not require permits and commissioning of the facility. The changes concern works at nuclear power plants.

2. **Structure and Main Provisions:**
* The resolution amends the list of construction works approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 406 of June 7, 2017.
* The list is supplemented by paragraph 29, which allows the replacement of equipment, technological systems and elements, as well as related reconstruction or overhaul works at nuclear power plants without additional documentation.
* The conditions for carrying out such works are their implementation within the framework of scheduled preventive maintenance or during the inter-repair period, as well as compliance with nuclear and radiation safety requirements. The purpose of the works should be to improve the safety, reliability and efficiency, as well as to extend the service life of structures, systems and elements of the nuclear installation.
* Works must be carried out directly on the site of the nuclear power plant.

3. **Important Provisions for Use:**
* The resolution allows certain types of work to be carried out at nuclear power plants without obtaining additional permits, which simplifies and speeds up the modernization and repair process.
* An important condition is compliance with nuclear and radiation safety requirements during the works.
* The resolution applies only to works carried out on the site of the nuclear power plant.
* This act applies to high-risk facilities.
