Good day! Now I will briefly tell you about this Presidential Decree.
1. **Essence of the Decree:**
The Decree amends the list of positions that can be filled by military personnel in state bodies, in particular, it adds the position of the First Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine, which can be held by a colonel.
2. **Structure and main provisions:**
The Decree consists of two clauses. The first clause amends the List of Positions approved by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 126/2017 of May 3, 2017, by adding a new section regarding the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine. This section specifies the position of “First Deputy Minister” and the corresponding maximum military rank – “colonel”. The second clause stipulates that the Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
3. **Main provisions for use:**
The most important thing is that now the position of the First Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine can be held by a serviceman with the rank of colonel. This expands the possibilities of involving military specialists in the management of strategically important industries.
