On Amending Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 153 of February 11, 2025

Good day! I am happy to explain to you the main provisions of this resolution.

1. **Essence of changes:**
The resolution introduces changes to the experimental project aimed at increasing the motivation of citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 25 to undergo military service under a contract. * The resolution amends the previous resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 11, 2025, No. 153.
* The changes concern the name and text of the resolution, as well as the Procedure for the implementation of the experimental project and the form of the contract.
* The main changes include the expansion of the list of military formations covered by the project (the National Guard and the State Border Guard Service have been added), clarification of the conditions of service (in particular, regarding participation in combat operations), as well as adjustments to financial issues.

3. **The most important provisions for use:**
* **Expansion of the project to the National Guard and the State Border Guard Service:** This means that more young people will have the opportunity to undergo military service under a contract in these formations.
* **Clarification of the conditions of service:** It is important to pay attention to the requirement for mandatory participation in combat operations for a period of at least six months.
* **Adjustment of financing:** The changes stipulate that payments are made in the amount of needs specified in the applications of military unit commanders, but not more than 200,000 hryvnias per person.
* **Medical examination:** Pay special attention to the changes in the medical examination procedure, in particular the participation of a psychiatrist and the possibility of additional examinations.
