RESOLUTION
On Adopting Draft Law No. 12291-1 as a Basis
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves:
1. To adopt Draft Law No. 12291-1 on amendments to Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Labor Relations under Martial Law” as a basis.
2. To instruct the relevant parliamentary committee to finalize the draft law, taking into account proposed amendments, for further consideration in the second reading.
3. To extend the deadline for submitting amendments and proposals by 50% of the standard term.
4. This Resolution shall take effect from the date of its adoption.
