    **On Declaring Certain Orders of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Regarding the Activities of the State Special Transport Service as No Longer Valid** Відповідно до підпункту 1 пункту 2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 жовтня 2002 року № 1534 «Про заходи щодо вдосконалення діяльності органів виконавчої влади» та з метою приведення нормативно-правових актів у відповідність до вимог чинного законодавства In accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 11, 2002, No. 1534 “On Measures to Improve the Activities of Executive Authorities” and in order to bring regulatory legal acts into compliance with the requirements of current legislation, НАКАЗУЮ: I ORDER: 1. Визнати такими, що втратили чинність: 1. To declare the following as no longer valid: наказ Міністерства транспорту та зв’язку України від 05 жовтня 2005 року № 622 «Про затвердження Положення про порядок приймання, зберігання, відпуску нафтопродуктів і контролю за їх використанням у Державній спеціальній службі транспорту», зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 20 жовтня 2005 року за № 1225/11405; Order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine dated October 5, 2005, No. 622 “On Approval of the Regulations on the Procedure for Receiving, Storing, Dispensing Petroleum Products and Controlling Their Use in the State Special Transport Service,” registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2005, under No. 1225/11405; наказ Міністерства інфраструктури України від 18 липня 2012 року № 396 «Про затвердження Змін до деяких нормативно-правових актів Міністерства транспорту та зв’язку України», зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 03 серпня 2012 року за № 1322/21634; Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine dated July 18, 2012, No. 396 “On Approval of Amendments to Certain Regulatory Legal Acts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine,” registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2012, under No. 1322/21634; наказ Міністерства оборони України та Міністерства інфраструктури України від 29 березня 2013 року № 200/151 «Про затвердження Інструкції про організацію виконання Положення про проходження громадянами України військової служби у Державній спеціальній службі транспорту», зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 17 квітня 2013 року за № 635/23167. Order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine dated March 29, 2013, No. 200/151 “On Approval of the Instruction on the Organization of the Implementation of the Regulations on Military Service by Citizens of Ukraine in the State Special Transport Service,” registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 17, 2013, under No. 635/23167. 2. Юридичному департаменту Міністерства інфраструктури України забезпечити подання цього наказу на державну реєстрацію до Міністерства юстиції України в установленому порядку. 2. The Legal Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine shall ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the established procedure. 3. Контроль за виконанням цього наказу покласти на заступника Міністра згідно з розподілом обов’язків. 3. Control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the Deputy Minister in accordance with the distribution of responsibilities. 4.
