Essence of the Act:
The Resolution amends the procedure for reserving military personnel during mobilization. The main changes relate to accounting for conscripted employees, special reservation conditions for government employees, and document submission deadlines.

Structure and Main Provisions:
1. Electronic interaction is established between the register of insured persons and the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services to verify reservation conditions.
2. The procedure for reserving military personnel is changed, specifically:
– Persons conscripted after May 18, 2024, are included in the total number of military personnel employees
– Special reservation procedure for employees of government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and the judicial system
– Reduction of document submission period from one month to 5 calendar days
3. Criteria for determining critically important enterprises are changed – a monthly assessment period is applied instead of a quarterly one.

Key Provisions for Use:
1. Employees of government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and the judicial system receive reservation without time limitation.
2. Document submission deadlines are reduced to 5 days, requiring more prompt processing.
3. Automated verification of reservation conditions through electronic interaction of state registers is introduced.
4. Only persons conscripted after May 18, 2024, are considered when calculating the number of military personnel.
