Protection of Children’s Rights and Their Evacuation
A new procedure has been established for assessing children’s needs in various types of institutions within a month after evacuation. Interdepartmental reintegration teams have been created to coordinate assistance for children returning from abroad. A maximum 3-month period for children’s stay in temporary accommodation places after return has been determined.
State Register of Geographical Names
Access for private individuals to the national geoportal has been restricted during the period of martial law and one month after its termination. New requirements for data backup have been introduced. The list of geoinformation resources has been expanded, including a register of damaged property.
Assistance to Those Released from Captivity
A detailed list of items for persons released from captivity has been approved, including food products, sanitary and hygiene supplies, clothing. The basic set includes a smartphone with a SIM card and an activated tariff. Each released person receives the State Flag of Ukraine.
Penal Institutions
Electronic document management between penal institutions using a qualified electronic signature has been implemented. Maintaining convicts’ personal files in electronic form is now allowed. Grounds for taking security measures regarding prisoners have been expanded.
Ethical Behavior in the Ministry of Digital Transformation
A new Code of Ethical Conduct for ministry employees has been approved, establishing 6 key principles: tolerance, dignified behavior, integrity, political neutrality, professionalism, transparency. The document applies to ministry employees and subordinate institutions.
