Essence of the Order:
The document regulates the transfer of budget allocations from the Ministry of Reintegration to the Ministry of Community Development for financing programs of providing preferential mortgage loans to internally displaced persons. The total amount of transferred allocations is 215.667 million UAH for loan issuance and provides for the return of 104.5 million UAH of previously issued loans.
Structure:
The order consists of two points: the first defines the amounts and programs being transferred, the second instructs the Ministry of Finance to make corresponding changes to the budget schedule. The changes are related to the reorganization of powers between ministries according to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1545 dated 31.12.2024.
