Essence of the Order:
This is a technical order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that introduces editorial amendments to the previous order No. 49 dated 27.01.2025 regarding the List of Officer Positions in the National Guard of Ukraine and their corresponding maximum military ranks. The changes relate to clarifying references to document columns and removing the word “accordingly” in one of the provisions.

– Replacement of the reference “column 2” with “columns 1, 2” in certain document points

– The order enters into force on the day of official publication
– The Department of Interaction with the National Guard of Ukraine is designated as responsible for submitting the order for state registration
