On Awarding State Awards of Ukraine

This decree of the President of Ukraine concerns the recognition of military personnel with state awards for courage in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The structure of the decree is simple – it consists of a preamble and four main parts, each dedicated to a specific type of state award: the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky of the 3rd degree, the Order “For Courage” of the 3rd degree, the Medal “For Military Service to Ukraine”, and the Medal “To the Defender of the Motherland”.

Main provisions:
– One serviceman with the rank of junior lieutenant is awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky of the 3rd degree
– Five servicemen of various ranks are awarded the Order “For Courage” of the 3rd degree
– One soldier is awarded the Medal “For Military Service to Ukraine”
– One soldier is awarded the Medal “To the Defender of the Motherland”
