Essence of the Act:
The Resolution defines the procedure for using budgetary funds for training scientific personnel of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The document regulates the mechanism of financing the preparation of Philosophy Doctors in foreign language and philosophy, as well as the preparation of masters and Philosophy Doctors at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. The National Academy of Sciences is designated as the main funds administrator.
Structure and Main Provisions:
– Three lower-level fund administrators are identified: the Center for Scientific Research and Foreign Language Teaching of NAS, the Center for Humanitarian Education of NAS, and the Target Training Department of Kyiv National University at NAS
– Three areas of fund use are established: foreign language training, scientific philosophy training, training of masters and Philosophy Doctors at Kyiv National University
– A reporting mechanism is defined: quarterly reports from lower-level fund administrators to NAS and NAS reports to the Ministry of Finance
