Essence of the Act:
The order regulates the procedure and conditions for payment of monetary support to conscripts and reservists of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The document establishes the amounts of daily allowances, monetary support, and incentives for various categories of military personnel during training and reserve service.
Structure and Main Provisions:
1. The instruction defines payment conditions for various categories of military personnel – from privates to senior officers.
2. Clear amounts of daily allowances are established (from 20% to 50% of regular daily rates).
3. The amounts of monthly monetary payments to reservists are determined (from 1.5 to 2.0 subsistence minimums).
4. The procedure for paying a one-time monetary incentive is regulated (from 1,600 to 3,100 hryvnias per year).

– Conscripts retain their workplace and average earnings for the entire period of training
– Actual travel expenses to and from the training location are compensated
