The essence of the order is to amend the lists of military accounting specialties and staff positions for enlisted, non-commissioned, and warrant officer personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The main focus of the changes is to detail specialties related to unmanned aerial complexes (UAC) and medical personnel.
The order structure includes two main blocks of changes:
1. Changes to the list of military accounting specialties – new categories of UAC operators of various types (aircraft, multi-rotor, strike purpose) are introduced.
2. Changes to the list of staff positions – tariff grades and military ranks for UAC operators and medical personnel are updated.
Key provisions:
– Four new UAC operator specialties have been introduced (positions 216-219)
– UAC operator positions are differentiated by categories of “micro and mini” and “small”
– Medical position names have been updated to reflect gender equality (added “medical brother” alongside “medical sister”)
– New tariff grades have been established for medical personnel and UAC operators
– Correspondence of military ranks to each position has been determined
