Essence of the Act:
The Order amends the Instruction on Registration of Hallmarks – Special Marks of Jewelry Manufacturers. The main changes concern the procedure for submission and review of registration applications, as well as clarification of requirements for manufacturers regarding registration with the Ministry of Finance.

– When deficiencies are eliminated within the specified term, the application is considered submitted from the date of initial submission
– The decision to leave the application without movement can be appealed through administrative or judicial procedure
