On Allocating Funds from the State Budget Reserve Fund to Provide One-Time Monetary Assistance to Family Members of Volunteers Who Died and to a Volunteer Who Became Disabled as a Result of Injuries Sustained While Providing Volunteer Assistance in the Area of Measures Necessary to Ensure the Defense of Ukraine, Protect Population Safety and State Interests in Connection with the Military Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine

Essence of the Order:
The Government allocates 3.188 million hryvnias from the reserve fund of the state budget to provide one-time monetary assistance to families of fallen volunteers and a volunteer with a disability who were affected while providing assistance in the combat area. The funds are allocated through the Ministry of Veterans on a non-refundable basis.

Document Structure:
The order consists of two points: the first defines the amount and source of financing, the second establishes the Ministry of Veterans’ responsibilities regarding payment implementation and reporting.

Key Provisions:
– Funds are allocated from the reserve fund of the state budget
– The Ministry of Veterans has one week to approve the list of expenses
– The list of expenses is coordinated with the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economy
– A report on the use of funds must be submitted by September 1, 2025
– Assistance is provided to both families of fallen volunteers and a volunteer who received a disability
– All cases must be related to providing volunteer assistance in the area of defense measures
