Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Specific Issues of Deploying Armed Forces of Ukraine to Other States during Martial Law

Essence of the Law:
The law regulates the procedure for sending Ukrainian Armed Forces units to other states during martial law. It grants the President of Ukraine the authority to make decisions on sending military units abroad, simultaneously submitting the relevant draft law to the Verkhovna Rada. The purpose of such actions is defined as ensuring national security, repelling armed aggression, and protecting Ukraine’s sovereignty.

1. Amendments made to two laws:
– “On the Procedure for Sending Ukrainian Armed Forces Units to Other States”
– “On the Armed Forces of Ukraine”
2. New provisions added regarding:
– the possibility of sending Ukrainian Armed Forces units abroad during martial law

– requirements for information to be submitted with the draft law
