• A free cryopreservation service for reproductive cells has been introduced for military personnel during martial law. In the event of a servicemember’s death, the material will be stored free of charge for 3 years.
• A new Unified Register of Alcohol, Alcoholic Beverages, and Tobacco Products Storage Locations has been created as a component of the State Tax Service’s information system. The register will contain detailed information about storage locations and business entities.
• The procedure for operational and technical management of electronic communication networks in emergency situations has been approved. Two operational modes and clear response timelines for applications have been established.
• The possibilities for using state budget subventions to local budgets have been expanded – funds can now be directed to purchasing generators for educational institutions.
• Paramedics have been granted the right to work with narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances when providing emergency medical assistance.
• Ukraine has received a loan from the World Bank for $662 million for the INSPIRE social protection project. Repayment is deferred for 20 years from 2034 to 2054.
• New requirements have been introduced for state property lessees – religious organizations must provide confirmation of no prohibition of activities, and publishing houses must provide certificates of compliance with language legislation.
• The State Program for Physical Culture and Sports Development has been extended until 2025 with total funding of 107.02 billion hryvnias.
