1. The powers of the Coordination Headquarters for Population Evacuation have been expanded. 5. Rules for state registration of geological works have been changed. Terms of registered works are automatically extended for the period of martial law and 6 months after its termination. Works based on a special permit can be re-registered only once for a period of up to 4 quarters.
