Government Priority Action Plan
The Government Priority Action Plan for 2025 has been approved. Ministries must develop detailed measures for its implementation within 2 weeks. Electronic monitoring through a unified web portal will be introduced. Financing will be carried out within the budget and international assistance.
Road Financing
The procedure for using 12.6 billion hryvnias for road development and maintenance in 2025 has been approved. Funds are distributed across 8 areas, including construction, repair, and road maintenance. Front-line regions receive 25% of the minimum requirement. Monthly reporting has been introduced.
Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant
1.517 billion hryvnias have been allocated to support safety and decommissioning of the Chornobyl NPP in 2025. The largest portion (775.4 million hryvnias) will go to maintaining the safe condition of blocks and storage facilities. The procedure for determining fund recipients has been simplified, and the possibility of repaying old debt has been added.
State Property Write-off
The procedure for writing off state-owned property damaged as a result of Russian military aggression has been simplified. A special procedure for energy infrastructure has been introduced. The sale of secondary raw materials without dismantling and coordination with the management entity is allowed.
