Changes Regarding the “Halychyna” Rehabilitation Complex

The procedure for using budget funds to complete the construction of the rehabilitation complex in Velykyi Lyuben has been approved. The Ministry of Social Policy has been designated as the main administrator. Strict requirements for reporting and monitoring the use of funds have been established, with their use for unrelated purposes prohibited.

Expansion of Public-Private Partnership Scope

Amendments have been made to the procedure for using budget funds for project preparation, including public investment projects. The areas of fund use for identifying such projects have been expanded, and the mechanism for their preparation has been clarified.

Professional Adaptation of Veterans

Opportunities for professional adaptation of war veterans have been expanded, including driver training. Driving schools can now provide professional adaptation. Special conditions have been established for persons with disabilities, including a medical certificate requirement.

Reorganization in the Cabinet of Ministers Secretariat

Instead of a single Department of Humanitarian and Social Policy, two separate departments have been created – the Department of Humanitarian Policy and the Department of Social Policy and Healthcare. The reorganization is being carried out without increasing staff.

Instant Transfers via SEP

The National Bank of Ukraine has introduced a new type of payment – instant credit transfers through the Electronic Payments System. Requirements for participants regarding round-the-clock service have been established, and the procedure for maintaining directories and technical requirements has been defined.

Social Scholarships

The mechanism for assigning and paying social scholarships to students has been improved. Categories of internally displaced persons and residents of front-line territories eligible for scholarships have been clarified. Transition to electronic document management is planned by 2027.

Protective Structures

The Regulation on the Information System for Accounting of Civil Protection Protective Structures has been approved. The system ensures accounting of structures by all authorities, provides for electronic user identification and information protection.

On the Accounting Price of Banking Metals

This is a daily notification by the National Bank of Ukraine establishing accounting prices for banking metals as of 11.02.2025. The document contains a table with currency rates, where for each currency its digital and literal code, number of units, full name, and official rate relative to hryvnia are indicated. Among the main currencies: US dollar – 41.5936 UAH, euro – 42.8955 UAH, pound sterling – 51.5241 UAH.
