Regarding State Reserves:
The Cabinet of Ministers approved two new procedures for the formation and storage of state reserves – material and mobilization. Requirements for storage providers have been established: at least 5 years of experience, absence of tax debt, and presence of security. For fuel storage, additional protection against missile attacks is required.
Regarding Insurance Intermediaries:
The National Bank of Ukraine introduced a new regulation on the authorization of insurance intermediaries. A unified register of brokers and agents will be created. Requirements include training (minimum 15 hours) and mandatory professional liability insurance for an amount not less than 170 minimum wages.
Regarding Food Additives:
The Ministry of Health is creating a state register of food additives, flavorings, and enzymes. The register will be maintained in the state language with free access. Part of the information will be publicly available on the Ministry of Health website.
Regarding Excise Tax:
The Constitutional Court declared unconstitutional the provision of the Tax Code on excise tax for retail sale of fuel, which had been in effect since 2015. The reason is the absence of a reasonable transition period for implementation.
Regarding Judicial Decisions:
The government extended the National Strategy for Resolving the Issue of Non-Execution of Judicial Decisions until 2027. It is envisaged to create a Unified Register of Enforcement Documents and mechanisms for executing decisions regarding enterprises under moratoriums.
