Resolution establishes criteria for identifying enterprises and organizations that are crucial for the operation of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the context of reserving military personnel during mobilization. The document consists of 4 points, which define 5 main criteria for enterprises that may obtain the status of being important to the sector. The resolution replaces the previous similar document dated 09.05.2023. The key criteria include: supporting the information and communication system of the PFU, monitoring its operability, modernization of the Integrated Comprehensive Information System, maintenance of software for accounting insurance contributions, and ensuring the operation of the corporate data transmission network. To obtain the status of an important enterprise, it is sufficient to meet at least one of these criteria.
