This is an order of the President of Ukraine regarding a personnel decision concerning the leadership of the military administration in Donetsk region.
The document has a simple structure and contains only one provision – on the dismissal of Serhii Boievskyi from the position of head of the Druzhkivka City Military Administration of the Kramatorsk District in Donetsk Oblast.
This order relates to the military administration, which operates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”. Military administrations are created to ensure the implementation of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, ensure security and normalize the life of the population, maintain law and order, participate in countering acts of armed aggression, sabotage and terrorist acts, and prevent a humanitarian catastrophe in the area of repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
