The essence of the decree is to introduce Viktor Liashko, the Minister of Health of Ukraine, into the composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC).
Structurally, the decree consists of two points: the first introduces changes to the previous decree on the NSDC composition from March 29, 2024, and the second determines the procedure for entry into force.
