The order establishes the procedure for forming a list of Ukrainian non-governmental organizations implementing humanitarian projects with funds from international partners. The document defines the list of necessary documents for including organizations in this list and the form of the list itself. 1. The order consists of the main part and two appendices:
– List of documents to be submitted by organizations
– Form of the organizations list
2. 9 types of documents to be submitted by organizations are defined, including:
– Founding documents
– Information about projects and their financing
– Documents about management and staff
– Confirmation of cooperation with international partners
Key Provisions for Application:
– Organizations’ projects must have an implementation period of at least 6 months at the time of application
– Documents can be submitted in both paper and electronic form
– All documents must be certified by the organization’s head
– Documents that violate requirements will not be considered
– Provision for consent to personal data processing is required
