This order establishes the procedure for handling corruption offense reports in the National Guard of Ukraine. It defines how to receive, register, review, and verify such reports through internal and external communication channels.
The structure of the order includes general provisions, the procedure for receiving and registering reports, as well as their review and verification. The document contains two annexes – a registration card form for the report and a log book form for reports.

– Reports are accepted around the clock through the Unified Whistleblower Reports Portal, special telephone lines, and other channels
– Preliminary review of the report must be carried out within 10 working days
– If signs of a corruption offense are identified, materials are transferred to specially authorized bodies
– Disclosure of information about the whistleblower to third parties is prohibited
– The whistleblower must be informed about the results of the report review within 3 days after completion of the verification
