This order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approves the form of the inspection report for civil protection shelters, which is used to control their readiness for use as intended. The order is adopted in implementation of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine and the Procedure for Creating a Fund of Protective Structures. The document structure is simple – it consists of three points and an appendix with an approved inspection report form. The order defines those responsible for its implementation and establishes that it enters into force on the day of official publication.
